Membership Options
We strive for complete transparency in our fee structure so no one is surprised by the costs of care. All new patients are charged an intake fee of $109 at the time your first appointment is scheduled. This covers the fees we pay for setting up your patient portal and administrative time to get you “onboarded” with our practice. All of our visits are telemedicine visits through a secure Zoom link. All visits will be charged at our New Patient Drop In Program Rate until we offer (and you accept) a membership plan. Please click below for more information.

Membership Benefits
We believe in a complete model of care. In building Denovo Functional Medicine, it became very apparent to us that health coaching was a necessity as well as access to additional resources for your continued health and well-being. With this in mind, we have built for our members an entire health and wellness program to help support your needs. Included in your membership is access to all of our classes, digital journaling tools, accessible HIPPA Compliant application on your phone.
All members will receive discounted prices on our a la carte services such as HeartMath biofeedback services and hypnotherapy.
